Welcome to the OmexdiaCalibrationPackage wiki!
This toolbox aims at the calibration of the diagenetic model OMXEDIA using user-specific datasets.
The whole toolbox is build upon tools developed by K. Soetaert: mainly the deSolve and FME R packages and the OMEXDIA model (Soetaert et al., 1996, Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta 60.6).
