User Definitions File

This file provides information about your configuration and how you want to organize the calibration steps.

An example is given in UserDefinitions_HAMMOND.R.

The main components are :

• Local directory and filepaths
• Description of the calibration steps (ie, which parameter should be calibrated at each step, based on which observations)
• Definitions of variables that does not correspond directly to model variables (ie. function stating how these new variables should be computed on the basis of the model variables and parameters).
