Stepwise Calibration

If you have set up correctly your data input file and user definitions file, all you need to do is edit the file OmexCal_StepwiseCalibration.R and define :

• userfile : the name of your user file
• stalist : the list of stations to be considered (referring to station names in the data file)
• camlist : the list of campaigns to be considered (referring to station names in the data file)
• pseudoNrun : number of iterations for each calibration step

After execution, a report should be automatically generated providing informations about the calibration outputs. (cf. Report example)
