imputation
We have a preference that you impute your genetic data with one of the imputation servers. However if you can't impute your dataset using an external server and you need help with imputation please contact Prachand Issarapu.
Please note there are several imputation servers:
- The H3Africa/H3ABioNet Imputation Service (hosted at University of Cape Town, South Africa): You can impute with H3Africav6 and 1000Genomes Phase3.
- Helmholtz Munich imputation service (hosted in Munich, Germany): You can impute with these panels: 1000Genomes phase3 and Haplotype Reference Consortium.
- Michigan imputation service (hosted at Michigan, USA). You can impute with the following panels: 1000 Genomes Phase 3, CAAPA - African American Panel, Genome Asia Pilot, Human Reference Consortium.
- Sanger imputation service (hosted at Sanger, Hinxton, UK): You can impute with the following panels: 1000Genomes Phase 3, African Genome Resources, Haplotype Reference Consortium.
- TOPMed Imputation Server (hosted at Michigan, US): TopMED is a diverse reference panel including information from 133,597 deeply sequenced human genomes.
Other reference panels are also available:
