API Events

WorldAPI records what happens on the server from the moment it's installed. Every path starts with /api/v1.

Endpoint Permission What it does
GET /events events:read Event history: joins, deaths, advancements, skipped nights, boss kills, and more

What the history holds

Joins, leaves, kicks, deaths, advancements, chat (only with events.chat: true), skipped nights, boss kills, raids, and server status. Other plugins add their own recorded events, typed ext.<namespace>.<event> (see Extensions).

Filter by type (like GET /events?type=player.death), player, and a time range with from and to; order sorts, and limit and cursor page. The events have the same shape as on the WebSocket.

events.retentionDays sets how long the history and the audit log stay; 0 keeps them forever.

Events about a vanished player reach clients with players:moderate only. Chat needs chat:read.
