/mojoins language needs no permission.
Silent mode hides your joins and quits from everyone else: no chat lines, sounds, or particles. You get a short note when you join, so you know it’s on. You still show up in the player list.
It stays on across restarts and works only while you hold mojoins.silent. Take the permission away, and the player’s joins show again.
A player hidden by SuperVanish, PremiumVanish, Essentials, or any plugin that marks them vanished joins and leaves without a line, sound, or particle. <online> doesn’t count them, so the number doesn’t give them away. This needs no command or permission.
