Mineralogy Classic Texture Packs

Mineralogy Classic Textures brings the original high-resolution Mineralogy artwork forward to current releases. Choose the row for your exact Minecraft version, then choose a resolution. The 64x pack is recommended as the best balance of detail, memory use, and loading time.

These are resource packs, not mods. The same download works with Forge or NeoForge when both loaders exist for the named Minecraft version.

Installation and pack order

1. Download one ZIP from the table; do not unzip it.
2. Put it in the Minecraft instance's resourcepacks folder.
3. Enable it from Options → Resource Packs.
4. Place it above any other pack that changes Mineralogy or the matching vanilla rock families.

The packs intentionally synchronize vanilla andesite, diorite, granite, basalt, smooth basalt, and tuff surfaces with Mineralogy's classic families. They do not replace unrelated vanilla ores, sand, or textures from other mods.

Classic artwork is credited to FoxNekitsune and DrCyano. The pack suite is licensed under GNU LGPL 2.1, matching Mineralogy.
