Love Menu Installation

Requirements

• Windows, Lovecraft installed through Steam

That's it. From 1.2.0 the launcher installs the mod loader (BepInEx 5) for you.

Steps

1. Download LoveMenu-<version>.exe from Releases. Put it in any folder you like, for example Documents\LoveMenu. It writes a Logs\ folder next to itself.
2. Run it. It finds the game, then:
   • if BepInEx 5 is missing, asks Install BepInEx 5.4.23.5 into the game folder now? [Y/n]. Press Enter to install it.
   • installs the menu plugin
   • starts the game through Steam
3. In game, press F7.

From now on, always start the game with LoveMenu-<version>.exe when you want the menu. Start it from Steam when you don't.

To set everything up without starting the game, run it with --setup-only.

Already have BepInEx?

The launcher uses your existing install and doesn't change it. BepInEx 6 is not supported.

Updating

Download the new exe and run it. It replaces the plugin in BepInEx\plugins\ automatically. You can delete the old exe.

Uninstalling

• Menu only: delete BepInEx\plugins\FlyMod.dll and BepInEx\config\local.flymod.cfg.
• BepInEx too: also delete BepInEx\, winhttp.dll, doorstop_config.ini, .doorstop_version and changelog.txt from the game folder.
