What changed?

Useful diagnostic capture

When reporting a problem, include:

AXIOM version
Operating system
Runtime/device information
Relevant logs
Relevant request/action
Reproduction steps

Never publish:

Passwords
API keys
Access tokens
GPG private keys
Private dataset contents
