Troubleshooting

Website renders as plain text

Check:

ls -l website/styles.css
grep -n "styles.css" website/index.html

For a local static test:

python3 -m http.server 8080 --directory website

The browser should request /styles.css.

Build failures

Start with:

git status
git diff --check

Then run the current lint/build commands defined by the repository.

Authentication

The current UI uses browser-side setup/session state. Clear development state only when appropriate.

Release failures

Inspect the first failing GitHub Actions step. Repair the workflow and verify the result before retagging.

Release assets

The release workflow is expected to create the Windows and Linux artifacts documented on Releases.
