Build failure: hyperhdr

Steps to reproduce

Simply build hyperhdr from current master. I use nix-shell -I nixpkgs=/home/user/development/nixpkgs/ -p hyperhdr.

Additional context

The hyperhdr source code does not mention any vulkan, so I don't really see how it ends up here.
