3.2 Leaver

The Policy

If an individual leaves ONS then the Technical Lead or nominated Sr. team members must also remove them from the ONSdigital organisation.

The Implementation

• There is a process, part of ONS' SLAM process to remove access.
• Remove from groups immediately to avoid any lag between SLAM and a leaver leaving.
• No ticket is required, just natural SLAM ticket.
