Questions about how to convert metabolic parameters from literature?

Hello, I'm new inPK-sim and i have a problem about my model. I need to build a parent-metabolite model.
Now,I got my compound metabolized by CYP450.
1）But I searched the value of Vmax is 2.17 (pmol/min/pmol), and the VISEF is 1.2.
2）And in the order literature ，i got the value of Vmax is 720pmol/mg protein/min.
I will use the "In vitro metabolic rate in the presence of recombinant CYPs /enzyme-Michaelis-Menten".
I really don’t know how to change it to "pmol/min/pmol rec.enzyme"
