PBPK Model of Cariprazine

Hello OSP Forum,

Ima trying to build Cariprazine PBPK model based on the publication attached here , where the authors have used Simcyp to develop the model, Cariprazine undergoes sequential metabolsim to DCAR and DDCAR by CYP3A4 and CYP2D6, it is simple in understanding but when i set up the model in PKSIm , it is unable to predict the metabolites DCAR and DDCAR PK, only cariprazine is predicted, i double checked for mtabolite mapping and all seems correct while setting up the compound files

It will be of great help if someone can help me in this regards
