I am building a PBPK model for an enteric‑coated tablet. Following previous suggestions, I configured the enteric‑release settings in PK‑Sim (MoBi). However, the simulation results show unreasonable outputs. I have two questions:

1. How to set up a virtual 0‑mg dosing regimen within PK‑Sim for simulation runs?
2. How to define specific intestinal segments where the enteric‑coated formulation is allowed to release drug? Observed Tmax from clinical study is 6‑10 h, indicating drug‑release occurs in the distal ileum.
