A new venetoclax model

Dear Community,

Is anyone currently developing or aware of a working PK-Sim model for venetoclax (CYP3A4 substrate)?

I attempted to replicate the model published by Dong et al. (2022; doi: 10.1007/s11095-022-03289-9), but could not reproduce the findings using the given parameters. If you have a working model or are currently building one, please let me know. If not, I will start developing one to share with the community soon.
