I doubt that this game is ever going to be on iOS. It is a pain to develop on iOS and iirc you need to pay Apple $100 a year just to have the ability to develop on iOS.

As for Android the UI would need to be optimized for touch and while I am not a maintainer I doubt that is on anyone's list.

This is not type of RTS I would want to play on mobile. Based on research of the most popular mobile RTS currently out there, it need to be simplified quite a lot. High variety of units and buildings is not suitable for mobile.
