Welcome to lighty.io 21.4.0!

This is the final release of 21.x release stream to maintain compatibility with OpenDaylight (2024-09) Scandium. Lighty.io 21.4.0 includes more recent versions than OpenDaylight (2024-09) Scandium SR3 (SR4 has been never released).

This release contains some important fixes and is recommended for everyone who is still on lighty.io 21 (OpenDaylight (2024-09) Scandium).
