Breaking Changes

• Validation API: Removed the generated Validate() and ValidateAll() methods, along with the ValidationError and MultiError types. Direct importers of github.com/Permify/permify/pkg/pb/base/v1 should use protovalidate.Validate(msg) instead. Published SDKs are unaffected.
• Validation errors: Migrated from protoc-gen-validate to protovalidate. Validation errors now report all violations instead of only the first. This changes gRPC error messages and gateway JSON error responses. Status codes remain unchanged, and responses now include structured buf.validate.Violations details.
