FAQ

Does it work with my mod? Very likely: it reads the mod's own files. Load it and press Check mod files; if something is off, Report a bug / Suggest sends the logs.
Do I need REX / M2EX? No, but with them the game's limits are gone (more factions, regions, bigger armies).
Should I make my own mod folder? Yes - New mod folder... first, so the game stays clean.
How do I go back? Undo this write, or Tools > Restore a backup.
Can I share the editor? Please share a link to Releases, not the file - see the license.
Is what I make mine? Yes. Your mods, maps, factions and pictures belong to you; a mention of the editor is welcome.
Not every feature has been tried in every mod yet - reports welcome.
