feature-flag-get-definition-by-keytool.Added a new row to the feature flag tools table in
contents/docs/feature-flags/create-flags-mcp.mdxdocumenting this tool, which allows looking up feature flag definitions by their string key (e.g., "new-checkout") instead of requiring the numeric ID.Related PR

The new tool is more natural for developers since the flag key is what they use in code and see in the UI. Previously,
