Problem
products/desktop/.stamphog/is the policy for the source repo's stamphog PR-approval merge gate. That gate's workflow (pr-approval-agent.yml) was deliberately not ported (the monorepo runs its own pr-approval-agent on all PRs), so the policy dir is dead weight here.Changes

products/desktop/.stamphog/and add it to the MIGRATION.md tree-drift list so resyncs delete it too.How did you test this code?
Deletion of an unused policy dir plus a doc line. Nothing reads it in this repo.
