Search button
Available from version 9.1.x.x
The Search feature lets users quickly locate specific rows in the matrix by keyword, without having to manually scan through the hierarchy. It's especially useful in large reports with deep row structures.
Go to Format pane → Search and toggle it on. This adds a search button to the visual's toolbar. The button can be styled the same way as other toolbar buttons.

Click the search button in the visual to open the search field.
Type any text or number into the field and press Apply to execute the search. The search will scan all row labels across the full hierarchy, automatically expanding levels to show matching rows along with their parent rows.
Note: If Drill Down is enabled, search only scans the hierarchy levels currently visible — rows in collapsed levels are not included.

To clear an active search and return to the full table, click Reset search.
