• RADD-785 a requester can submit a form and never see the ticket again _{auth forms · 5 pts · 821005ac} Asked while working out how to build a "can only file tickets through shared forms" role. The permission side already works — portal.submit_portal_form creates the item as the SYSTEM actor with the visitor as reporter, and says so: "the sharee may hold no item.create anywhere; the share is the grant."
