• RADD-944 The automatic "In this section" index puts a subpage list on pages that never asked for one
  Every page with children grows an In this section block below its body, whether or not the author wanted one. "Radd Documentation" is a one-sentence page followed by a bordered section, a folder icon, a count chip and a card — to say that it has one child, which the tree rail beside it is already showing.

• RADD-942 Release notes print "What is wrong" instead of the claim, and wrap metadata in HTML the wiki escapes
  The 0.25.0 release-notes page reads, for all twelve entries:

New Feature

• RADD-943 A page's Linked issues ignores every issue the page actually mentions
  The generated 0.25.0 release-notes page names twelve issues in its body — as chips, resolving, clickable — and its Linked issues panel says "No linked issues yet." The link already exists in the text; the panel is a second, manual, always-empty copy of it.
