Improvement(s)

• Save around ~140 Mb to ~180 Mb of RAM for mods, improving stability in side modes
• Patch files now burn less memory.

• Address a bug when a character does not default to c00 for the source slot
• Fix a bug where plugins would take over 100 seconds to get ready, causing some moveset mods and CSS icons to not show up.

Note(s)

• This build contains heavy changes and is pretty close to a partial rewrite. It has been tested heavily for months but there can always be an issue due to the large variety of plugins out there.
