Adds ament hooks to update the
GZ_SIM_RESOURCE_PATHwith the paths needed to discover the added models and worlds. Hooks were not added for theardupilot_gazebopackage--this should be done in a separate PR that tracks additions toardusub_driver.Associated Issues
Testing
Testing was done with Docker and the BlueROV2 in Gazebo to verify that all models are properly loaded.
