Shay Sanders

Shay is an 18-year old freshman at the University of Florida. In high school, his parents cared about him and often supervised him, so he was not addicted to video games. Now that he is away from home, he might play video games with his new friends in college. Shay is worried that without parental supervision, he might play games on his computer for too long and not perform well in class.

Shay does not want video games to take over his life. He believes that he can avoid a gaming addiction, if he can track the time spent on different computer activities. If Shay notices that a large portion of his time is spent gaming, he can fix his habits before they become a problem.

GOALS:

-Find a helper to supervise himself, so that he does not become addicted to video games.
