Modding Best Practices (HActs, Talks)

-Don't repack them and both have a folder (hact/my_hact.par and hact/my_hact or cmn.par and cmn existing together)
-Ideally dont mix pars and folders (cmn and ptc are folders but 000.par exists) and stick to using only folders
-Try to avoid repacking your hact (SRMM will do this for you)
-If you are adding a hact that does not exist in the game, obviously don't forget to include all folders so the game does not freeze
