An enchanted inkwell is an item used to create enchanted books containing the enchantments stored on the inkwell.
Enchanted inkwells are found in various different chests, and always generate with one maximum-level enchantment. It is drawn from it's own pool.

Enchanted inkwell are used at an anvil by placing a book in the first slot, followed by the enchanted inkwell in the second slot. The book is converted into an enchanted book containing all enchantments stored in the inkwell. After the output is taken, the inkwell remains in the anvil and can be used indefinitely.
The creation costs (10 / [Enchantment Weight] + 3) * [Enchantment Level] experience levels for each enchantment stored on the enchanted inkwell.
