Ajout 📧 Mail ouverture campagne (1er février 2027) en tête de Phase 1
📧 J-30 (2 mai 2027) et 📧 J-10 (22 mai 2027) repositionnés avant « Complétion des indicateurs »
Toutes les temporalités sont décomptées à partir du 1er juin 2027 (date de fin de déclaration)

Routage par tranche

50–99 : publication directe → FIN (zéro CSE, zéro mail bascule)
Toutes les autres branches → bloc CSE unifié sur la période 1er mars 2027 → 28 fév 2028, avec 📧 rappels tous les 3 mois + 📧 J-15 (14 fév 2028)

Choix parcours conformité (1er juillet 2027) : 📧 J-15 (16 juin 2027)

Branche Évaluation conjointe : 📧 J-30 (2 juillet 2027) → dépôt 1er août 2027
