Description

Since upgrading to v19.2, the stock "Form Submission Result" template no longer includes the form's attributes in the notification email. This worked for us pre-v19.

Actual Behavior

The email sends, but the attribute list is empty — no form fields are included.

Expected Behavior

The email loops through all form attributes and lists them.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open Forms and select an active form
• Go to the Communications tab
• Enable Notification Email
• Choose Use Email Template → select the stock Form Submission Result template
• Submit the form

Issue Confirmation

• Perform a search on the Github Issues to see if your bug is already reported.
• Reproduced the problem on a fresh install or on the demo site.

Changing the code from

  {% for attribute in attributes %}
        <li><strong>{{ attribute.Name }}:</strong> {{ attribute.Value }}</li>
    {% endfor %}

To this solves it

{% for av in Workflow.AttributeValues %}
    <li><strong>{{ av.AttributeName }}:</strong> {{ av.ValueFormatted }}</li>

@austinspooner After digging into this, I found the Lava merge fields weren't hydrating properly, so I fixed it without changing the template. Can you confirm you're only seeing this bug in the Webforms version of the WorkflowEntry block, not Obsidian? (I was not able to reproduce this bug in the Obsidian version of the block.)
