on_delete is a required argument in Django 2.0. Neglecting it is deprecated since 1.9. Setting it to the default model.CASCADE should not have any functional changes. https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.9/ref/models/fields/#django.db.models.ForeignKey.on_delete
Also fixes some PEP8 style warnings
