Version 3.0 is here!

This is a substantial update that contains MANY substantial changes.
This version requires special care with updating. Please follow the instructions in the docs to avoid any issues.
Remember to backup your DB before performing major migrations. Please contact the TOMToolkit development team if you have any trouble with the upgrade.
