GDAS analysis diagnostics — creates NetCDF diagnostic files (cnvstat, radstat, ozstat) from the GSI analysis. GDAS-specific (GFS does not run analdiag separately). Calls JGLOBAL_ATMOS_ANALYSIS_DIAG.
