Summary

jgfs_atmos_fbwind.ecf is the NCO production ecFlow task that generates flight-level wind (FBWIND) bulletins from GFS forecast output. These are aviation-specific wind products at standard flight levels for pilot briefing and flight planning. Single-instance per cycle. Calls JGFS_ATMOS_FBWIND.
