Summary

jgfs_atmos_prep_fsm.ecf is the File/Segment Manager (FSM) for the atmospheric prep task. It monitors the prep task execution and coordinates with ecFlow to release dependent tasks when prep data becomes available. It calls JGLOBAL_FSM (same FSM J-Job used by forecast and marine prep).
