v0.21.0-Beta-3

This is a beta release for testing new features and changes to existing features before the next release. Much of the retry logic has been rewritten to improve reliability.

Testing

Only the portable versions of the beta are being supplied. Unzip the file to a folder of your choice except the previous version's folder.

• No need to uninstall the previous version. They can coexist.
• Be aware that only one version of Get My IP can be running at a time.
• If you want, you can copy the usersettings.json file from the previous version into this version's folder before starting it for the first time.
