Why there are no patches (retired)

The patch machinery — the download-and-apply build, the patch directories, their scripts and the jq dependency — was removed on 2026-09-27 by the owner's decision.

PiCode's changes are code inside picode-source/: the editor source lives in this repository with every PiCode change committed as code. There is nothing to apply and nothing to keep composed.
