Release notes from v7.2.5 still apply to this version.

Significant Changes
Zabbix 7.2.11 docker files for Ubuntu have added postgresql-client-17 repository from the postgresql official website. This was eventually implemented since Ubuntu 24.04 does not have postgresql-client-17 in the default Launchpad repositories but Zabbix 7.2.X supports version 17.

As of 7.2.5 I added native postgresql-client-17 support in the Ubuntu version by updating the build from to 25.04 (plucky) from 24.04 (noble). I have not reverted those changes and subsequently have omitted the postgresql-client-17 repository install from the 7.2.11 version in this specific repository. There were numerous other updates I had to make 25.04 compatible with Zabbix Docker 7.2.X namely in the web-nginix-pgsql application. I will likely not invert this in the future and will rely on official Zabbix Docker updating the build from.
