Follow Official Zabbix Docker Github for release notes [v7.4.4](https://github.com/zabbix/zabbix-docker/releases/tag/7.4.4.

Release notes from v7.2.5 still apply to this version.

Significant Changes
The following still applies to 7.4.4 since the zabbix version is still based on 24.04 (noble) instead of 25.04 (plucky). Zabbix 7.2.11 docker files for Ubuntu have added postgresql-client-17 repository from the postgresql official website. This was eventually implemented since Ubuntu 24.04 does not have postgresql-client-17 in the default Launchpad repositories but Zabbix 7.2.X supports version 17.

As of 7.2.5 I added native postgresql-client-17 support in the Ubuntu version by updating the build from to 25.04 (plucky) from 24.04 (noble). I have not reverted those changes and subsequently have omitted the postgresql-client-17 repository install from the 7.2.11 version in this specific repository. There were numerous other updates I had to make 25.04 compatible with Zabbix Docker 7.2.X namely in the web-nginix-pgsql application. I will likely not invert this in the future and will rely on official Zabbix Docker updating the build from.
