On non-English Windows, boost::system::system_error(ec).what()
returns the OS error message in the local ANSI codepage (CP1251,
CP1252, …), producing garbled text in UTF-8 logs. Additionally,
the verbose boost file/line/function stack trace made error output
unnecessarily aggressive.
libraries/network/dlt_p2p_node.cpp:
- Add numeric [system:NNNN] error code matching as backup for
transient error detection (WSAECONNRESET, WSAECONNREFUSED,
WSAECONNABORTED, WSAEHOSTUNREACH, WSAENETUNREACH, WSAEINTR,
ERROR_SEM_TIMEOUT)
