Live trivia, designed to make the room feel alive.

Status: Publicly accessible at tr1via.com. This repository does not claim paid events or verified venue adoption.

One host action updates three synchronized surfaces: the host controls, the venue display, and player phones. The public proof is the deployed product, the realtime recovery design, and multi-context Playwright tests that exercise those surfaces together.

How it's built

AI-assisted and human-verified. Brandon directs implementation and owns the product decisions, realtime behavior, failure handling, and verification. Tests and observable behavior decide when the work is accepted.

Run locally
