The 10:55.333 4K product film follows one fictional task through the
portable .SYSTEMX record model. An eight-second opening combines an earlier
Wayne Tech Lab producer-brand excerpt with new Blender folder/orbit animation.
The twenty-three narrated scenes then use full-screen original maps, focused
current diagrams, large file views, actual isolated CLI captures, and animated
process paths. Eleven chapters and 133 English caption cues accompany the
narration; a descriptive transcript supplies important unspoken text and
diagram relationships.
The film explains software 1.11.0-beta.4, Python package 1.11.0b4,
white-paper edition 2.2, and the twelve current SVG guides whose art was
published with beta.3. The new engineering master below is a separate media
companion. The source tag
pins the implementation; media edition 2.0 does not update the software package.
| Start | Chapter | Authored scenes | What the film explains | Source route |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 00:00 | Opening and the problem | P00, S01–S02 | A project handoff needs objective, task, and evidence in one reviewable place | Overview |
| 00:55 | Architecture | S03–S04 | Context, plan, canonical tasks, focus, memory, and explicit child scope | Architecture map |
| 01:46 | First run | S05–S06 | Version-pinned preview, reviewed apply, provider/credential questions | First-Time Setup |
| 02:44 | Worked example | S07–S08 | Fictional TASK-001, acceptance criteria, six task states, and evidence | Task Workflow |
| 03:40 | Agent roles | S09–S12 | Agent 0 coordinates; X records time; Y uses one selected CLI; Z reviews supplied evidence | Detailed agent guides |
| 05:29 | Context and governance | S13–S15 | Alpha selects AUTOBOT references; Agenda is unset; Access Matrix starts default-deny | Access Matrix |
| 06:53 | Optional workspaces | S16 | Beta records an offline named BOT/DOT workspace | Agent Beta and Agenda |
| 07:20 | Security and secrets | S17–S18 | Agent1 advice, local key-name inventory, and distinct secret consumers | Security and Support |
| 08:27 | Host toolchain | S19–S20 | Direct CLI or bounded read-only stdio, with host-owned IDE/provider execution | Agent 0 Toolchain I/O |
| 09:27 | Evidence | S21–S22 | Source/package versus adopter acceptance; original four, current library, and new master map | Current visual guide |
| 10:25 | Start here | S23 | Pin the reviewed beta, select one project, and begin with one bounded task | Getting Started |
Times are rounded down to the displayed YouTube chapter second; the export is 19,660 frames at 30 fps. The eight-second opening is part of the first chapter.

The native 7680 × 4320 map follows the original four maps' white/blue engineering layout and role colors. Its request-to-checkpoint work loop connects exact canonical files, seven role responsibilities, owner decision, rework, host execution, and returned evidence. The text companion lists all twenty Access Matrix actor rows and ten unset Agenda entries. The film shows the whole map for orientation, then a native owner-review detail crop.
The original twelve-template-guide count remains four system maps, seven agent sheets, and one atlas. Their generated illustration and vector-label provenance remains in the current visual guide.
The film's TASK-001 is a teaching example and is not seeded in the public template. After adopting the folder in your own project, ask your assistant:
Use this project's existing .SYSTEMX and select the root or named child
explicitly. Read its current focus, context, Master Plan, and canonical task
ledger. Show one incomplete task, its acceptance criteria, and the evidence
still needed. Keep provider and credential choices unset until I review them.
From the containing directory, the optional CLI can preview a pinned first run. Inspect the preview before any apply:
systemx first-run --target "$PWD" --profile project --version 1.11.0-beta.4The exact tagged instructions cover installation, verification, Windows PowerShell, and managed updates. A selected project supplies its own facts, permissions, and acceptance criteria.
The diagrams illustrate records, commands, and decisions. Readable local CLI excerpts were captured in an isolated copy with a fictional TASK-001; they are not a recorded Codex, Muse, Grok, Kiro, Cursor, cloud-deployment, or malware-scan result. Agent 0 coordinates; X records events; Y handles a selected CLI handoff; Z reviews supplied evidence; Alpha selects references; Beta records named workspaces; Agent1 reports advisory findings.
The stock Access Matrix has twenty rows with no template grant and no project decisions. Ten Agenda setting definitions remain effectively unset. Recorded intent does not grant OS, GitHub, IDE, or cloud permissions. Local credential sources and GitHub Actions workflow secrets are distinct consumers. Unknown security results are not a pass. GitHub Actions was disabled for the public source at beta.4 qualification.
The film does not establish an adopter's account state, device security, installed host behavior, deployment, owner acceptance, or measured token savings. Use the white paper, first-time setup, and exact tagged CLI manual for the implementation contract.
The release provides English SRT/VTT captions and a descriptive transcript. The external MP4 also includes a selectable English caption track. Large reading shots and source-map detail crops support ordinary player viewing; download the full map and text companion for dense reference labels. Production sources were reviewed for text fit, contrast tokens, caption clearance, meaningful connections, and representative 1080p readability. These checks are bounded production evidence, not an ADA or full WCAG certification of every host/player configuration.
Source files, Blender masters, narration, and render cache remain in the separately managed owner archive. The reusable repository carries no movie. Verify download bytes against the release checksums.
The first beta.4 explainer, 10:47 and media edition 1.0 remain available as historical publications. The remake preserves their software baseline and retained narration while changing the visual treatment and adding the opening. Earlier editions retain their identities: The Guided Folder, Start with a Folder, advanced walkthrough, and introduction.
Next step: Use the template, follow first-time setup, and review the white paper.
