What?

Part of #79813

Removes two custom overrides in the block inserter's block-picker grid tiles that were duplicating with the new Button focus outline from #78646:

Why?

  • Causing duplicate and broken borders for the inserter block item when in focus

How?

  • Removed the overflow: hidden on the grid wrapper.
  • Removed the local box-shadow focus override on .block-editor-block-types-list__item, letting it fall back to the base Button's focus outline.

Testing Instructions

  1. Open the block inserter (+ icon).
  2. Tab through the block tiles in the grid.
  3. Confirm each tile shows a single, uncut focus outline ring with no clipping or doubling, including tiles at the edges of the grid.

LGTM: As far as I can tell, deleting overflow: hidden should not cause any problems.
