[timepoint] Multi-lingual - some of the texts are not translated

Some of the text is not translated

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to the timepoint list for any candidate
2. Change the language to different languages we have, and you will see some of the text still displays in English

What did you expect to happen?
The page should be translated into any chosen language.

(branch: 29.0-release) As of Aug 4 2026, the module is basically fully translated in FRENCH.
The only translation I noticed missing is the 'Unknown' entry in the Language column.
