[imaging_uploader] Logs not displaying in the log window

Describe the bug

As can be seen in the image above, the pipeline logs are not being displayed in the log window after selecting an upload line (true whether the Progress is set to Success, Failure or In Progress).

Is this related to / fixed by #10838 ?

@driusan it partially fixes it. Now I can see something in the log window updated but the actual logs are not displayed, instead I always get:

Processing summary for upload <UploadID> of <PSCID> (CandID <candID>) at <Visit>:
MRI pipeline not yet executed for this upload.

the pipeline has clearly been executed for the uploads I selected. So the correct messages don't make it into the log window with #10838 but at least it fixes the constant display of <select a row in the table below to view the upload logs> in the log window.

@driusan should Shen's PR be merged and another fix sent for the log viewer or should Shen try to fix the log viewer altogether?

@driusan I tested Shen's PR and I totally agree with Cecile. Let me know if you want me to issue a PR that completely fixes that bug (and render Shen's PR obsolete) or if you want Shen to do this.
