Create a file uploader type for the configuration module, it can use existing LORIS uploader classes if needed.
You can currently change your logo displayed for the study but the alternate logo must be submitted through github making it unusable without developer involvement. The module should have it's own uploader and a path for config uploads to delegate such tasks purely to non-technical staff. Validation should occur so that once uploaded, the path selector for logo shows only the possible image options. This should be done without installing external libraries to loris
