[modules | genonic_browser] CPG name hyperlink missing in Methylation tab of Genomic Browser

Describe the bug
In the Genomic Browser's Methylation tab, the CPG name is displayed without a hyperlink, preventing users from clicking it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in as an administrator or a user with Genomic Browser permissions.
2. Go to the Genomic Browser module.
3. Navigate to the Methylation tab.
4. Observe that the CPG name is rendered as plain text and does not have a hyperlink.

What did you expect to happen?
The CPG name should be rendered as a clickable hyperlink.
