Describe the bug
There are language translation inconsistencies in the Genomic Browser module. When the user language is set to French or other language except English, several pages within the module do not fully translate, leaving some text untranslated, as shown in the undermentioned screenshots (using French selection).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Log in as an administrator or a user with Genomic Browser permissions.
2. Click on the Admin/User account menu (top right corner) and change the language to French/Hindi/Chinese/Japanese.
3. Navigate to various pages within the Genomic Browser module.
4. Observe that the full language translation is not happening as expected.

What did you expect to happen?
Almost all text and UI elements within the Genomic Browser should be fully translated into the selected language.
